Located in seven acres of woodland at the edge of Felbrigg Park, this boutique hotel occupies a former hunting lodge and fire station and has a conservatory overlooking the gardens.
Felbrigg Hall, which the National Trust describes as "one of the most elegant country houses in East Anglia", is set within 520 acres of woodland and is 10 minutes away by car. The Thursford Collection is 25 minutes' drive and offers silent movies, organ performances, carousel rides, gondola rides and a massive collection of steam engines and organs.
Pensthorpe Natural Park, home to many animals such as red squirrels and grey-crowned cranes, is filled with nature trails and is 30 minutes' drive from the hotel. The property is 15 minutes' drive from the Grade II-listed Cromer Pier.
Head chef James Tynman uses local seasonal produce in the kitchen of the hotel's restaurant. Furthermore, guests who request gluten- and dairy-free meals will be accommodated. The property also has an indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub and a 2-person sauna.
The 10 individually styled rooms include the Bramble Suite, a barn conversion featuring a walnut sleigh bed and patio area, and the Bracken Suite, which has a 6-foot bed and a fireplace.
